Bo Labs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to responsible email practices. This Anti-Spam Policy describes how we send emails, how recipients can opt out, and how abuse reports are handled.

1. Zero Tolerance for Spam

We do not send unsolicited commercial email (spam). All email communications from trybo.ai are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. We do not send email to addresses we have purchased, rented, borrowed, or obtained from any third-party list.

2. How We Obtain Consent

We collect email addresses during the account creation process on our website (trybo.ai). Before we send any marketing email, the recipient must have:

● Voluntarily provided their email address during onboarding on our website

● Explicitly consented by clicking "Continue" on the email collection step, which displays the following notice: "By clicking Continue, you consent to receive marketing emails from trybo.ai. You can unsubscribe at any time."

We do not add any email address to our list without this explicit, affirmative consent.

3. What We Send

Emails from trybo.ai may include:

● Account setup and onboarding information

● Product updates and new feature announcements

● Health and fitness tips and coaching content

● Service-related notifications and reminders

4. How to Unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking that link will remove you from our marketing email list. We do not require users to log in, verify their identity, or take any additional steps beyond clicking the unsubscribe link.

5. CAN-SPAM Compliance

We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Specifically:

● We do not use false or misleading header information

● We do not use deceptive subject lines

● We include our physical mailing address in every commercial email

● We clearly identify commercial messages where required

● We honor opt-out requests promptly

6. Abuse Reporting

If you believe you have received unsolicited email from trybo.ai, or from a domain impersonating trybo.ai, please report it to us immediately at:

We take all abuse reports seriously. Upon receiving a complaint, we will:

● Investigate the report within 2 business days

● Remove the reported address from our lists if the complaint is valid

● Take corrective action against any internal misuse

For reports submitted to third-party blocklists or ISPs, please include the full email headers so we can properly investigate the source.

7. List Hygiene

We maintain clean email lists by:

● Promptly removing addresses that request unsubscription

● Removing addresses that generate hard bounces

● Monitoring spam complaint rates and taking corrective action when thresholds are exceeded

8. No List Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share our email subscriber list with any third party. Email addresses collected through our Service are used solely for communications described in this policy and our Privacy Policy.
